Basically, it works like this: You set a mark, a disguise, and gear. Your buddies do their best to follow your instructions to make the kill in a set time limit. Those who follow the orders exactly get paid more cash than those who stray from the recommended course of action.
Sounds like a pretty great way for players to get a heck of a lot of play time out of Hitman: Absolution. Every week, IO Interactive will be choosing the best contracts they can find and challenging players to complete them perfectly. Top players will get cash to spend on new weapons or disguises, plus the bragging rights that come with being one of the world's most formidable assassins.
